1: The perfect zombie in my opinion is a more advanced version of the Nano-Zombie.
2: Through use of the technology that flows in their blood and they would be able to communicate over great distances. Also the Nano-machines would be able to produce oxygen and nutrients to keep the zombie alive. The only organ needed would be the brain and heart. If the zombie sustained any injuries the technology would be able to quickly repair them. They can also learn how to use things (doors, weapons, etc) and would even remember some of these things through the host's brain. They would have the speed and strength of a human if not slightly stronger.
3: In this zombie the most important thing would be their intelligence, but between speed and strength I would say speed.
4: Well, I have more zombie plans than can be counted which have great detail so if there was a zombie apocalypse with these zombies I would try to last as long as I could but if the situation became dire I would kill myself with a bullet through my head (hopefully hitting the brain stem, rendering my corpse useless to the zombies).
