1) No advertising
This section was created to allow the users of this forum to quickly and easily find people to play Left 4 Dead with. It was not designed for you to advertise in. Therefore, no:
'if u wanna play wi me join mai forumz plz' style posts.
2) Be detailed.
Please use detail in your title. Dates, times, your timezone, co-op/vs, requirements, are all good things to put in your title.
This is good:
Looking for victims. 35th Septober 1983. 2000EST vs match must have mic.
This is bad:
Wanna play? and will get your thread closed.
3) Turn up.
If you can't make a match you have signed up for, try to give some notice. You cant help it if your Granny just died, but if you can't make a game at least have the courtesy to try and cancel. This frees up your spot for someone else too.
Also, try and be on time.
4) Be respectful.
If you have arranged a game here, please try and not be an ass.
No, griefing, exploiting, hacking, cheating, team killing, vote-kicking, abusive language (either racist, sexist) or behaviour. Every one is entitled to have some fun, not just you.
5) Give feedback
If you had a good match, try and get back to the thread within a reasonable amount of time and report on what happened, who was a good player, what funny shit happened. If someone played a good game, let the community know.
