TF2 Was A Disappointment?!.

I bought the Orange Box this week & began playing Team Fortress 2. & I have to say, I am kind of disappointed. :[ It's not as good as I thought. It's probably because every game I played no one talked & I currently have no one to play it with, did anyone else feel this way?.

Xbox 360 version sucks badly because of that problem. Wait you are talking about the 360 version, yes?

TF2 is actually very similar to L4D in the way that the people you play with make the game. I've played some absolutely amazing games where I've been laughing so hard I can barely play the game, but I've also played some truly awful games where no-one speaks and you just trog through the levels in stony silence.

Oh, and don't abuse the medics... I'm a medic/pyro.

I didn't even know what button was "call for Medic" until today. ;P
But I had a team where, even before the game started they were screaming "MEDIC".
All of them. But me.

It depends on you. I think it might be weird cause I'm so used to co-op in L4D. In TF2 you're on your own, even if you're on a team [unless you abuse the Medic. :P]

(yet its a great feeling when you ACTUALLY kill someone, especially if you suck at the game - and especially if theres 3 other enemies around you & you kill them all

TF2 is worse on the PS3.

It's completely deserted. If you do find a game, the players there suck.

I wouldn't recommend Valve adding bots to TF2. Look at the bots of CS:S and you'll see what I mean.

I have it for both 360 and pc and the pc version is much much better. More content. Bigger community. Overall, it is a much better experience on PC.

Everyone told me to buy it for PC, but I thought I would play it more on 360.
Plus I have a way out of date video card. :P

I know nothing about video cards rly, so i cudnt tell u if u cud run it, but i easily play it more on my pc and im more of a 360 gamer.

It's always good on the PC.

I wonder why they even put it in the 360 and PS3 in the first place.

What's next, TF2 on Wii and PSP? Good thing Valve games don't end up in countless platforms like The Sims series.

yesterday i played it on my friends ps3
and on console it sucks so much xD people on it suck too i was getting a 7/1 k/d when i normally get 1.5 on pc

edit: there was lots of soldiers no snipers or heavy/medic combo's which are huge on pc version
