Looking for a mature, active group

Im currently playing 20-25 hours a week and looking for a mature, active group with an emphasis on competitive play. I have logged 379 hours and consider myself a decent player. At this point I need to get out of PUGs and into organized groups to improve my team play.

I've got a couple of options for you ....one is to join our gaming group and the other is to apply for Team Paradox. They are a serious clan, whereas we are more of a collection of friends that don't really scrim.

We host servers for both their clan and ours. We also host a counter strike source server for them.
