Bills last name
I noticed this once while trying to get saftey first ( which is a broken acheivment for me I did it legitly and it never gave me it) anyway, I noticed that Bills Army shirt said Overb and I couldn't read the rest because his collar was covering it, anyone know what his last name could be?

Did you NOT read that people above you posted Bill's last name? Therefore you would NOW know what it was...
As stated it is ALSO in the manual.
