Can I play Counter Strike Source?
Hey L4D forum dudes, Got a question for you.
Topic.
I can run the Half life 2 Demo almost perfect on the ABSOLUTE lowest settings with resolution at minimum etc, and wondering if CSS would be easier or harder to run? Also any guesses on GMOD performance welcomed. |

Counter strike source should be easier to run. Not as high graphics as half life 2.

You should be able to run CS:S.
GMod however... I don't know. My computer has trouble with it and I can run HL2 on medium to high settings (woot lameness).

1. Yes you can run CS
2. No way for Gmod
3. If you want to play L4D when it comes out, you need to upgrade (or are you getting it on 360) |

Have we heard what the game requirements are, so how would you know if he would not be able to run L4D? |

L4D runs on the Source engine and therefore will not have drastically different requirements to HL2 and its episodes. However it is likely that it will take a slightly more powerful machine than that which is needed to run HL2.

Well actually Counter-Strike: Source got upgraded to the HL2:Episode 1 engine so im not sure if that would mean higher req. or not?
