I read some of his other crazed rants - the guy is obsessed with Halo, thinks the Xbox 360 is better than a PC and believes PC gamers are contemptible casual players who need to switch to a 'real gaming rig'. Classic stuff! It's like the world village idiot champion has stumbled into our forum.

It's very possible he's just doing it for the lulz. Even so, parody is not exactly the height of humour. Any idiot can act stupid, but a true comedian knows how to clue his audience in on what he really thinks - this guy doesn't know how to do that.

The thing is, I don't see what the point is of making such a spoof. I mean, if he's a fan of the game I think he's doing more harm than good because, even if it's meant to be funny (i.e. if it's meant to spoof the folks who launch badly thought-out internet rants), his blog just seems a little bit ill-humoured, not to mention in bad taste (I don't think I've seen that much coarse language all on one page before). If he really is trying to trash the game, the same applies. Either way, he just makes himself look like an idiot, and that sort of garbage tends to lower the tone of any discussion that stems from it. Reading it is like going into a sewer - no matter what you're doing down there and no matter what the intent of the people who built it, you're going to come out smelling like crap.

Maybe that's his point - to make us all slightly the worse for reading his garbage.

I think we ALL don't want to pay too much for Baltic Avenue...I mean, it's merely a cheap purple property that doesn't intimidate anyone! They should give it to the first person that lands on it!
