Regret Finding Out About L4D

Can I just say I really really regret learning about L4D so early..=( I wish I had learnt about it like a month before it came out but I learnt about it like as soon as it was announced. Anyone else think this way?

yeah now till its release ill have 2 stay home and watch zombie movies slowly crossing out the days till l4D is out than camping out 4 3 weeks infront of a best buy, surviving on cheetos and the sheer will power 2 get this game : |

So you would like to have to wait for months for it? Rather than just find out about it later and get it as soon as you do..?

Even if you didn't know about it. It would still take the same time knowing that it has been announced.

Know it wouldn't go faster, it would still be the same length of time.

Leroy, why take everything literally?

What they mean is that if you didn't know about L4D until it was released you wouldn't have to put up with the anticipation of waiting for it, you would be able to get it the moment you found out about it.

I think like that sometimes, but then I disregard that thought and carry on salivating over thoughts of playing it

As for camping out near a shop... I'll just pre-order it when I can.

hah, i wish i could preorder, and best buy is probably gonna be sold out of l4d one the first day (they ship a small amount of a game at a time)

You could preorder, just go into a store that's likely to sell it a 1-4 weeks before the release and ask if you can preorder it... I did with TOB from Harvey Norman.

Yeah, i also regreat going on Left4Dead411 - and while i can be all like "Yeah, i totally knew about that before you nubs", kinda shame i couldn't find out some of those things by myself when i play it.

I barely read the interviews and the like about it. I learned the basic information and a few pieces of detail and then decided I knew enough. Now I mostly just watch out for release info.
