This isn't the whole story, apparently the cameraman and the guy that gets tazed had already disrupted the forum earlier, shouting abuse at Kerry. They had previously been asked to leave.
Besides, the security are just doing their job, the way people react every time a cop uses their tazer, baton or firearm is bullshit. No matter what a cop does they're screwed.
Shoot, taze or otherwise injure (accidentally or otherwise) someone and they get abused by the public.
Do nothing and they get abused by the public.

The guy that got tazed had a fried who filmed the incident on his [guy who got tazed] camera who was also made to leave.
The guy was disrupting the forum, breaking the rules and then resisted when the guards attempted to make him leave.
He deserved to get tazed.
