Only people that came out of the city was Lot, his wife and his daughters. His wife was turned into a pillar of salt after she was told as well as the rest of the family was told not to look back or you will be turned into a pillar of salt which she then ended up looking back.
It was righteous judgment that God did to the two cities, full of sinners.

People can be homosexual by having sexual relations with someone of the same gender...
As cities do not have gender they cannot be, by definition, homosexual.
So, how are the cities homosexual in the Bible?

A city has no gender as a city is not a living thing. It has no mind, no living body, no sexual preference...
I still don't get how the cities could be homosexual, and frankly, I don't think you do either. Otherwise you'd have explained it by now...
