alright how bout everyones favorite 357 magnum blowing the zombies heads into pieces with the fire power of a shotgun and long range one like a western type and one like the killer7 from resident evil 4 with scope and a katana could add more varietys but those are ideas i love using the magnums in shooting games fps,3rd person always powerful

-something exotic like a Katana or any other sword (which could be found at a souvernir shop, just to give it some background and make it fit )

Plz not another game with 357. !
Mp7 and Sword sounds good, second sidearms (best automatic firing) and p90 anyway...
I think there are many cool weapons to add, but l4d only uses them as models, because m19 and uzi got a 50 round mag in game, that not real (i konw, i konw) so maybe there is just a reskin? i don t hope so...

edit: nuke and battle rifle plz...

OK, I haven't read through the entire thread, so sorry if someone has already mentioned one of these. Also, I'm assuming they'd be included in a MOD, not an official update, so some are just for the lulz.

Flamethrower
Claymore
(Cross)Bow
Various cutlery, like spoons, knives, forks etc.
Mace spray, which would stun a zombie for about 10 seconds, as long as you hit them around the face area
Lightsaber
Monkey gun (from TS)
Nail gun
Bullwhip (Comes with brown fedora and matching clothes =p)
M21 (y'know, the sort they used in WW2)

Melee:
(I'm in agreement with the crowbar, axe and chainsaw)
-machete
-chain
-bat
-meat cleaver
-shovel or "E" tool
-Police issue baton or knight stick

Then create pistol melee combos:
-Standard 9mm and any of the following: Machete, chain, crowbar, meat cleaver (stuff which can be wielded 1 hand)

Protection (pistol can be used in tandem):
-Garbage can lid
-Police riot shield (imagine all the vacant or abandoned emergency or police vehicles there would be. There should be a ton of equipment left places. shields, shotguns, flares, pistols, smgs)

Pistols:
-Desert eagle
-357 Magnum
(something else to blow infected limbs and heads off)

SMG:
-MP7
-UMP45

Assault Rifle/grenade launcher:
-M16 with M203 grenade launcher
-Typical tricked out redneck AK-47
-M16 with under shotgun attachment as made famous in Predator

Shotgun:
-Street sweeper shotgun

Explosives:
-Pipebomb variant coated in wax with BBs or random nuts and bolts taped to it
-Trip wire activated pipebomb
-Pipebombs coupled with the 5 gallon cans of gas
-Time bomb, road flare coupled with a can of gas
-Fake pipebomb aka zombie diversion (cell phone attached to a road flare. Good to throw and get them away from you or to pool them together in open areas)


New weapon:
-supersoaker filled with kerosene and a zippo lighter as the ignitor rigged using wire about 3 inches off the nozzle. (poor man's flamethrower)
