My take on the new character styles

GOOD JOB

This game is based at the time of the initial outbreak, not weeks or months into a situation. How do we know this? Because they aim to get to the safety of the end zone which is usually a truck/chopper or whatever. It's a crisis and these are ordinary lucky people who survived. If we were months in the Infected would all be dead.

REMEMBER THEY ARE INFECTED AND NOT 'ZOMBIES'.

If you have a disease you can still die of starvation. How long can a human survive without food? Not very long.

This gaem, as logic dictates to me, is set right at the start of the outbreak and therefore it's normal for ordinary people to be the players.

Ordinary people look like this:

I think it's an absolutely fantastic development. Good job Valve, good job TRS. Ignore the haters.
