left 4 dead early access beta 11/06/08

at gamestop.com if you pre order left 4 dead on 11/06/06 you get an email from gamestop about the pre release beta...so the beta will come the 6th i guess, maybe earlier on steam, but this is just a possiblity to the demos release date, nothing to get worked up about

ya if u go to Left 4 Dead Early Demo Access and sign up it says: Early access to the demo will run from October 31st through November 7th.Codes will begin being sent out on October 30th

Changed. It now says: "Early access to the demo will run from November 6th through November 11th. Codes will begin being sent out on November 5th."

so that means it starts on the 6th and ends the 11th, so 5 days of betaness glory and then back to the waiting WTFudge

wonder if you can pre-order the game for $5 (which is the minimum pre-order price @ gamestop), get the transaction ID, fill out the online form, cancel the pre-order, get your $5 back?

Yes. You Must buy the pre order to join the beta on the 6th.

its not a beta BTW its early access to the demo

I think its the full game. because it runs till the game is released. I think it will unlock to the full version

that would make developing games so much harder since the game is downloaded from MS MP then we would have no room on your hard to play it (xbox)

trust me its the demo or else it wouldnt be called the demo

I tought this was a PC forum

im sure the xbox version is a demo

but we will see.

Hopefully its the full version i cant waste bandwitch much with comcast
