hi im need your advice on what to do.i bought l4d and i already had a steam account cause i have counter strike source and well my old computer crashed so i bought a new one and i downloaded all my games and my steam account and it wont work it says "preparing to launch" and then it goes away and nothing happens"uh i dont really know that much about computers so thats why im asking you.thnks for your time hope you reply.
